Three surely? Solid, liquid and Gas? Actually, it’s more like fifteen. Although the list grows almost daily, some examples are:

- degenerate matter

- strongly symmetric matter
- weakly symmetric matter
- quark-gluon plasma fermionic condensate
- Bose-Einstein condensate and
